Description

Closes #474 Refactor applications based on new components

Now components that dont need iteration data inherit either ApplicationBaseViewModel or SingleEngineeringModelApplicationBaseViewModel
Fixed null CurrentThing for SingleEngineeringModelApplicationBaseViewModel
Also, some refactor was done to include IHaveReusableRows in applications
