Description

Add reference to System.Drawing.Common to resolve CVE to common project

PackageReference Include="System.Drawing.Common" Version="5.0.3"

The System.Drawing.Common is a dependency of devexpress at version 4.7.x which needs to be overriden by a direct reference

can be done in common project
