Description
refactor the way that a user is presented with the details of an item. the Person role page should be refactored as follows:
the list is presented on the left (75% ?? or width that makes sense)
an empty box with the cdp4-comet logo is presented as placeholder with the text "select an item to view or edit"
when a user selects a row, the logo is replaced with the fields/data -> the width of the logo should be the width of the form to be used so the page is calm and does not resize etc.
remove the add/edit button per row
