[Add] a full trust checkbox on the login form to allow connecting to servers with self signed certificates
user the CDP4-SDK version: https://github.com/STARIONGROUP/COMET-SDK-Community-Edition/pkgs/nuget/CDP4ServicesDal-CE/211811939
connect the checkbox to the new FullTrust property on the Credentials class
