Description
Add a fullTrust property to the appsettings in the "ServerConfiguration" section. This should be an object that has the following properties:
IsVisible: default value is false. When the value is false, the checkbox on the login form should be invisible, when true it shall be visisble
isTrusted: this needs to be an emum with the following values: fulltrust, notrust, userdefined. The default value shall be userdefined. When set to fulltrust, in case the isvisible=true then the checkbox is checked and disabled (user cannot change it), when set to notrust in case the isvisible=true then the checkbox is unchecked and disabled (user cannot change it). When set to userdefined, the checkbbox is enabled and visible and the user can select it.
When IsVisible=false and isTrusted=userdefined log a warning to indicate that this combination is invalid
Please also update the loginform checkbox label from "FullTrust" to "Full Trust"
