Description

Fix #656 #661 #662

ApplicationBase components also supports to have the ViewModel set via Parameter
DynamicApplicationBase component support to render any ApplicationBase with the associated ViewModel
Tabs page implemented to support the core: For now, possible to select the Application to show via a dropdown
