Description

[x] Add Dal project
[x] Add generated ElementXXXExtension classes that implements UpdateValueAndRemoveDeletedReferenceProperties and UpdateReferenceProperties methdods
[x] Add generated ElementExtensions class that UpdateValueAndRemoveDeletedReferenceProperties and UpdateReferenceProperties with switch case to select proper ElementExtensionXXX class
[x] Add generated ElementXXXFactory classes that implement the Create method
[x] Add generated ElementFactory class that implements the Create method with switch case to select proper ElementXXXFactory class
