The aspirational goal for today is that you've substantially completed both of your main analysis goals for your selected book. (I realize that some of this remains unfinished, particularly if you have a complex Shiny app in development.)

I want to ensure that you have timely feedback that you could incorporate before your submission on March 15th. This issue is intended to let me know how I can help you.

While my hope is that you can finish things up today, if you need to take until Saturday to provide this information and close this issue, that would be fine.

In the interim, please comment and update other issues as appropriate.

Good luck with all you are juggling: I look forward to seeing your results (even in preliminary format).

@nicholasjhorton, I haven't edited my LDA analysis based on your feedback, so just looking at the shiny app would be okay. I'm brain storming what else I can add that has to do with style. I'm playing around with Bigrams right now, but I'm not really sure what I can do further with them.

@nicholasjhorton I did another pass through of my LDA analysis and fixed a bunch of stuff up. Some quick questions/comments:

  1. I saw your comment about my third graphic, and I just decided to remove it altogether since it seems to be a little redundant.
  2. I fixed up my 2nd graphic (the gamma matrix one), and I think it's formatted in a much better display, but I couldn't figure out how to make the chapter titles go in chronological order-- they seem to be stuck in alphabetical order.
  3. I'm a little confused about what you mean by asking about the distribution of sections in terms of chapter, sentence, and paragraph. If that's something that'll be in my Shiny app, do I still need to include it? We can talk more about it in class.
  4. For my Shiny app, do I need to write a report somewhere for it, or does it stand on its own? And if I need to write stuff, should I just include it in my report on LDA? Sorry for all these questions so late, but any help is appreciated!
