This issue is an offshoot of #10, since we may also want these tables as images (or some other format).

There is also lots of tables in the appendix. Do we need these too?

The tables are at pages 668-670, 676, 680, and 688 (there may be more earlier in the book I missed). There are also more in the Appendix. Getting pics of the index could also be good?

I'm closing this in favor of #37
