The current data only goes through chapters 0 through 10 due to issues with #2

This issues requires completion of a number of other issues: #3 #34 and perhaps others.

It also requires updates of the documentation in https://github.com/STAT325-S24/HistoryAmherstCollege/blob/main/R/data.R (and running roxygen2::roxygenize())

Note that the code in data-raw/data.R replaces what @Casey308 had crafted.
