I didn't remove marks for the graphs not being present in the markdown file because I don't believe we covered that in class.
I really like your README file. Those are some cute pictures of cats and dogs you embedded. For your data exploration, I was expecting to see the plots when I opened the markdown files. I believe you're supposed to commit the image files that are created when you knit the document in order to get the images to show.
