I think this is an example of what an excellent homework should look like. Here are some suggestions:

• You used the HIV dataset we didn't explore in class and made an attempt to find interesting pattern. Great work!
• May be a good idea to put .Rproj into gitignore so the repo looks cleaner.
• Your dataset contains missing value and you have handled them properly by na.remove=TRUE. Good job!
• The structure of your .md file is very neat and easy to read.
