• Elaborate on above, esp. for "needs work." Did you use the software makeplot2dot or one of its family for your flowchart or how did you make the pipeline graph?

• Some specific praise? The regression line make the markdown report more interesting to me.

• Something I learned? Building your own pipeline from the scratch was a great take-home for me.

You may want to implement one of the wow! questions, e.g add more structure to the project folder (perhaps folders such as data, src, doc, or others might be appropriate here?), created by automation where appropriate (with commands such as mkdir). Doing this, will make you a more tidy repo.

Hi! I tried using the flowchart packages to make my map,specifically makeplot2dot, but none were working and I kept getting the same error. After spending several hours to troubleshoot, I thought I would just manually make it. Also, in regards to wow, I made a pipeline from scratch and added a flowchart.
