Team updates not working following 1.13.0 release #100

No error in log, flash message says team was updated, changes are not persisted.

looks to be specific to certain teams in the STBGFC database. Can replicate on different copies of the DB with the same teams, but cannot see why the issue occurs. SQL debug shows that Hibernate simply doesn't emit the update statement.
