This is a reference to a previous completed task by Jiaming. He found an AI that we could use for converting handwriting into text:

Tested with pure JavaScript: https://github.com/MenlyCSE/tesseract-OCR-template

It's very good with imported images with clear and consistent text. It's not too good with varying handwriting. However, it does a great job if the handwriting is well organized...
