Remove Entity Framework and Identity Core from the application #27

EF core and Identity core were added as part of the boilerplate for our code. As a STEM site developer, I would like to remove all instances of EF core and Identity core from our codebase now that we have transitioned to using Azure MySQL

Removed EFcore and Identity core in local repo - waiting to wrap up a few more tasks before pushing
