Implement Communities

Communities Interface:

• Hold lists of references to other communities and clubs

• Add/Remove from reference list

• Create servlet for get/post/put similar to Clubs

Groups Shared Interface

• Extract shared functionality of community and club (add members, have owner, description, etc)
