Features

Creates a Home Page for the website.
- Includes all of the User's clubs (owner/member)
- Includes all of the User's booklists (owner/collaborator)

Minor Features

Adds Spinners to @steven-solar's ClubPage and MyClubs.
Refactor Styling for ClubPage.
Viwer mode for SearchUserModal.
- If the User is a viewer (member/collaborator), then the User can view other Collaborator/Member in the Modal but will not be able to add more.
