This first PR sets up our application by creating the basic front and backend. This will serve as the backbone of our project, from which future changes will branch off.

creates the basic structure of our application,
creating separate folders for the front and backend
backend can be run using "mvn package appengine:run"
frontend can be run using "npm start"
backend contains the basic User and Book objects, along with associated tests
frontend contains the basic react app created by create-react-app
