Generated non PI files #20

As commented with @dborro here, the algorithm is now generated a set of files that are not per se PI files.

I wanted to know whether this may affect the PI manager process, or whether it will just handle the files that are related to PI metrics he is aware of.

@dborro , you mentioned these files are needed for Marco EMG duties. In the automation process, it is important noticing that the metric algorithm is done algorithm per algorithm, in independent environment. So that if Marco needs this input, his metric computation should be somehow done at the same time as your (i.e using the same entrypoint, or adding possibly another entry point which would launch your code and his code)

The PiManager only looks for the files related to the specified PIs. There is no problem if more files are generated, it will not take them into account.

OK, @alfonsotecnalia . Then, these files are thus not brought to the folder where PI results are stored right? I mean, if I download the experiment PI files from the interface I will not have them?

The files are in the folder but are not procesed. When downloading yo will also get the non processed files (all that have been generated)
