@dmarce1 From the first glance at the failing tests it seems like the Marshak test is failing as you suspected!

This is to be expected since you changed the radiation code, right? In that case, we just need to create a new marshak.silo reference file for the testdata repository using the current code from this PR! That would effectively tell the test that the new radiation version is the correct one!
