Add D'Vor Feesha + asset
Add missing ship assets

Changes

Remodel assets for future-proofing
Show full detailed numbers, no longer rounded to 100 or 1000
Rounded DPR of weapons
Universal float values instead of mixed integer/float
Updated weapon order
Fix \u00a0 non-breaking point in costtype 'Others'
Add ship ability buffs
Add longer, more detailed ability descriptions, if available
Add requirement order as ingame
Add cost order as ingame
Follow ingame shipName naming convention
