Add new 50+ hostiles
Add missing hostiles
Re-add level 49 traders

Changes

Fix wrong number of available officer slots
Fix \u00a0 non-breaking point in rewards
Fix rewards and add min/max
Show full detailed numbers, no longer rounded to 100 or 1000
Rounded DPR of weapons
Universal float values instead of mixed integer/float
Updated weapon order
Reduce FP length for better display (15 to 9)
Fix false systems
