Ships - Update cargo fields #99

All 4 cargo fields now represent the increased value instead of a mix of total cargo and increased cargo.

We'll have to make some changes in the Bot yes. Since the values were wrong, it was set up to just display the value of that tier. We're also not displaying the ship increase separate yet. Planned that for tomorrow.

Made issue #100 which involves the ships that are not affected by this commit, without a cargo component.
