How does the feature work?

Similar to the settings page themes, you could use the theme store to customize what the Scratch website looks like for you.

What situations would make this helpful?

If you wanted to change the look of the Scratch website or use dark mode, this would be helpful.

We'll add a customizer, but first we need to work on a userstyle that works.

Stop copying ScratchAddons, it would be a better idea to contribute to them

Probably, yeah. It would take some tweaking though and new variables would need to be added as that code doesn't seem to rely on variables all the way through.

Ok I will look at it and see if I might make a custom css file from this. Probably will make the revert to blue using the new one. (So that we only have to change 1 file)
