Discover Feature Not Working #22

The discover feature in the chatroom does not function as expected. Even when two different accounts are logged in, the feature indicates, "There are no new users online."

This seems to be working for me. I have one user in a tab and another user in an incognito tab. That message only appears for me whenever there is no one online or both users already don't have a chat between themselves.
