As a: User of the Portal I wish to: Be able to customise the page to use it as a dashboard, with tiles with queries that are relevant to me So that I: Get the mest relevant results immediatly, from visiting only one page

Authentication? @jakubklimek porposes using SOLID -- so the platform would not need to store any personal data, those would be as stored queries in the SOLID Pod.
