As a: User of the Portal I wish to: Be able to subscribe to updates in the results of queries (predefined or user-defined) So that I: Stay up to date on changes and trends that are important to me

Enable users to subscribe to updates (rss or similar), either predefined or for queries. Related to #21

From the project proposal: Improve decision-making outcomes: more informed decisions by policy-making authorities substantiated by deeper and broader (cross-border) insights in company-related data, identify trends, and thus be able to setup appropriate policies and interventions (see also Use Case 1 in Annex 1).

Good issue to highlight possible different choices in the architecture; requiring the sources to "stream" updates, or doing regular "dumps" of the national registries, or ... ?

This could be also done as a newsletter - with statistics from #19
