Denote when content relates to an exercise #124

In many cases this is accomplished by prefixing titles and other fields with "EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE".

But, STIX could also develop a more formalized approach using a combination of data markings, IDs, and package intent.

There's a related comment from a community member regarding content meant for testing purposes. Solving this exercise problem might solve that one as well.
