couple minor UI issues (spacing and colors)

• Super minor, but it looks like there’s no space between the +/- symbol and the Type of the campaign in the Campaigns table. All of the other entities have spaces, I believe.
• This is probably more personal preference than anything, but perhaps we could change the aqua color used for enclosing the Indicators that are part of an Indicator Composition to something more subtle? I think the rest of the colors mesh really nicely, but there’s something about that aqua color against a yellow background being too contrasty, at least for my eyes.

This has been fixed. Color can be tweaked if needed.
