Ensured idiom code runs in Python 2.7 and 3.5 #336

Altered .travis.yml to run using Python 2.7 and 3.5 and idiom producer scripts to prevent Python 3.5 build from failing.

Looks good. It's a bit disconcerting that we need all of that encoding=None (really, only for Python3), but it looks like that's an issue in python-stix, not the code here.
