Add an alternative way to unlock SuperTux challenges #35

The current way to unlock SuperTux challenges is to get 250 points - that is, doing most of the challenges in Expert.

While this is ok for a lot of players, it would be nice for more experienced players to have an alternative unlock path, faster, but harder.
