fixed comment syntax #266

There seems to be a syntax msitake in the comment part of the 'stm32h7xx_hal_timebase_rtc_alarm_template.c' file, which leads to compile failure in keil uVision V5.38.0.0. This patch fixes the problem and now it compiles well without error.
