According to DocID032891 Rev 1, lowest output XL rate is 1.6Hz

Hello @avrland, thanks for catching this typo. Pls correct it also in .c file, otherwise it won't compile.

Also add in the commit message that is fixing issue #2. (e.g. Fixes: #2)
