Clear menu incomplete #70

skills should only be cleared on using the clear skills button

Working as intended. Clear all -- clears the entire build Clear skills -- clears only the skills

Will be adding Clear space / Clear ground options Also: Clear selection stays in popup, this should revert to the default after being set.
