Create ansible playbooks for EVPN config. #34

Create ansible playbook for switch configuration and push in the repository (Initiate with EVPN config)-

  1. Playbook will be useful to create other configurations for development setups and live demo as well.
  2. Playbook will work as a sonic config reference for users.
  3. Via playbook, monsoon project will be able to receive various switch configurations.
