Fixes:

Added new configutaions in bgp i.e., bgp_af, bgp_af_newtwork, bgp_af_aggregate_addr.
added new apis for crud operations for new bgp features.
added new test cases to test new features.
discovery of new features is added to bgp_global discovery.
