Issue: Test cases are failing when adding and deleting port channels.
- Details: Although the test case shows success on the PUT request, there is no corresponding response on the GET request.
- Test cases is required to check for deleteting portchannel with memebers and without members.
Issue: Failures in stp_port are leading to the creation of multiple nodes.

Upon deleting a port channel, the PORTCHANNEL/PORTCHANNEL_LIST path reflects that the port channel has been deleted. However, the LAG_TABLE/LAG_TABLE_LIST path has not been updated accordingly.

resolved stp_port issue after cleaning db. After testing in multiple senarios didnt recive any stp_port mutiple node error
