when a new device discoverred (in test_device_discovery) and then execute test test_bgp_global_config, BGP config is created with same asn_id as on one of asn id on one of the already discoverred devices , in the db same bgp node has bgp_global relation to both switches which is wrong, causes test_bgp_global_config to fail.
