Current Behavior

The viewer creates a GizmoManager that creates gizmos, for any application and without control.

Possible Solution

Bad solution: add option to initialize in viewer (see https://github.com/STORM-IRIT/Radium-Engine/pull/1009) Good solution: to be discussed
