Issue on running StereoCell #1

Hi,

I am running StereoCell for performing cell segmentation using the script cell_bin.py and providing the image file and the matrix file, but on running the script i get an error: tifffile.tifffile.TiffFileError: not a TIFF file b'\x89HDF'

I checked the image file and it's in .tif format. Could you please help me solve this issue?

Is your tif file big? If it is convenient, please provide one for me to confirm the specific problem, thank you.
