hello, do you know if would be possible to obtain a subsample (randomly) from the original gef?

Hi, we're sorry that we do not provide related tools at present. If you are interested, you could use SAW cellCut view to convert the gef file into a gem file (a text file that can be read directly) and use other software to operate it.
