Multiomics analysis dotplot_RNA #120

Hello,

I was working on the stereo-citeSeq data, and I am using "stereoPipeline_pt_v7.1. The pipeline worked well and generated the report. However, I have a question about the multiomics analysis (08), this step created a chipID_50_dotplot_RNA_totalVI_03 figure. On the y-axis, the gene names are duplicated. Please see attached. As you noticed, the Eml4 presents twice, Rplp2 presents 3 times on the y-axis.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
