Where is Metrics_default_V8.0.0_FFPE.xlsx #156

Hello, I got an error when running realign in saw 8.0.2, the file Metrics_default_V8.0.0_FFPE.xlsx cannot be found, could someone help me? [2024-10-09 02:40:18] SAW-A90002: cannot access /home/Kkc/saw-8.0.1/config/Metrics_default_V8.0.0_FFPE.xlsx: No such file or directory.

Hi, it seems that you used SAW 8.0.2 realign to process the results of SAW 8.0.1 count. Have you deleted the software of SAW 8.0.1?

@Clouate Thanks for your quick reply! Yes, as you said, I also deleted the 8.0.1 software

@KrileSaiko The reason is that the software needs to read the file in the SAW 8.0.1. Therefore, you could temporarily modify the /home/Kkc/saw-8.0.1/config/Metrics_default_V8.0.0_FFPE.xlsx in pipeline-logs/config.yaml in SAW count result to /path/to/saw-8.0.2/config/Metrics_default_V8.0.0_FFPE.xlsx, and rerun SAW realign
