Hi,

Which version of the SAW should I use to analyze the FFPE chip N data? Is there a best practice document or a recommendation for the software versions? Including the versions of the steroemap and ImageStudio.

@mycecilia Hi, for the Stereo-seq FFPE V1.0 kit, we have released new versions of softwares for analysis. Please use SAW v8.1.0 and StereoMap v4.1.0. ImageStudio has been integrated into StereoMap.
