I can ouput the png plots using Export button in your excellent pipeline Steropy. If I want to output the PDF plots, would you tell me how to do it? Thanks!

Currently, our package only supports png plot output, and PDF format will be on in the future. Maybe the file format conversion tool could meet your need.
