ST(version0.14.0b1) has problem with anndata, which causes func read_h5ad failed in anndata,scanpy and stereopy itself. #207

Downgrading st to version 13 is a temporary solution. It is an applicable way that using version 13 and anndata0.9.2, helping read_h5ad works in above 3 packages.
