This dictionary object will be delivered to a new script which will store the data in the sql database.

New bed flag for generating bed file and prepping data for database storage had been added. Information based on the user's chosen R number from the Genomics API is packed in a dictionary structure as an output to be used for storing data in the soon to be assembled database.
