Convert gfycat gifs to gfycat videos #16

Sometimes only the .gif link to a gfycat video is posted. It would be nice to convert it back to the HTML5 video.

Example (http://giant.gfycat.com/RashAffectionateAmericancrocodile.gif should be converted to http://gfycat.com/RashAffectionateAmericancrocodile).
