This merge adds configuration files for generating the center and wide slices for the new inputs. It also adjusts the filename handling to work with the fact that AstroDrizzle, for some reason, will keep _c0m in its output filenames from WFPC2 but removes _flt. The output dictionary test has been adjusted to accommodate this.
In the future, we may not to generate the center slices. But we've decided to leave that capability in the pipeline for now, so I can start running the AstroDrizzle step over the weekend without worrying about changing the code to get rid of the center slices.
